am contacting you on behalf of the Oklahoma Federation of the Council
for Exceptional Children (OFCEC), a nonprofit organization comprised of
teachers, parents, administrators, students, and other interested
parties. The OFCEC strives to advance the education of individuals with
exceptionalities and to promote related educational, scientific, and
charitable purposes through workshops, publications, and yearly
conferences.
This year the OFCEC State Conference will be held at
the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City (new location) on February 3
and 4, 2009. We invite you to exhibit your company’s products at
this conference which will be attended by approximately 300 individuals.I
have enclosed a copy of an Invitation to Exhibit, the Exhibit
Application and Contract, and an Advertisement Solicitation Form. I
have also included a Donation Form in hopes that you would like to
donate an item for a door prize.The Exhibits will be in the open
space on the second floor of the Reed Conference Center along with the
food and beverages provided for breaks. Each booth includes two chairs
and a draped 6’ table. Electricity is an additional charge.Non-profit/Agency booth space $75 Double booth space (two tables) $225Regular booth space (one table) $150 Electricity $20The
deadline to reserve a booth is January 12, 2009. A deposit of $50 must
accompany the application. The balance must be paid in full by January
26, 2009. Please make checks payable to OFCEC.Advertising space
in the 8 1/2” X 11” conference program is also available.
